The topic given was Loving yourself FOR REAL!
It was sent to me just like that.
The 1st thing that came to mind was that there are so many of us women that have been in a place sometime in our lives when we didn't really Love ourselves.
One of the key components to getting there is becoming truthful with yourself of who you are, how you really feel, the things you really like etc.....
Some of us don't reach that until we get older. Have you ever heard ladies say “Well now that I'm older I've learned that I don't have to accept what I don't want”? Or, “I don't have to bite my tongue any longer”? etc.....
Even though we arrive there a lot of times there are still insecurities about ourselves within ourselves that we tell no one.
I don't by a long-shot profess to know it all or be the resident expert. However, I have been entrusted with the gift of Transparent Love and Wisdom.
Took me a while to step up and out but guess what? I'M HERE! TGBTG
My prayer is that each woman begins to Love herself for real by trying these things. *It's a work in Progress*
START WITH THIS......
1. Become honest with yourself
2. Accept the unique woman that you are without shame
3. Embrace Newness.....( change hair, try a lil lip gloss, try on something that announces your personality, accept and give compliments to other women)
4. Look at your OWN truth! Make proper adjustments if needed.
5. Reach out, ask for help if needed.....No man is an island.
6. DENOUNCE FEAR!
7. Look in the mirror and see God's beautiful creation....YOU!

I will praise You, for I am Fearfully and Wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.
I love each of you and Ain't a thing the devil can do about it!

We all know that when driving a car we must sit in the drivers seat in order to move the car in the direction we want it to go.
The car can’t take you to your planned destination unless you guide it.
This is what’s needed for you to direct/re-direct your life. You must get in the drivers seat and guide it in the direction in which you need to go.
HOW? I’m glad you asked.
The first thing is to gas up with POSITIVE Fuel.
Anything less than positive fuel will cause you not to pursue/run properly.
Drive out ALL negative thinking!
EVERYTHING that robs you of Moving forward in life.
One of my FAVORITE fuel fill ups is; Philippians 4:8.
Take out the time to read it. My favorite is reading it from The Message Bible.
Begin putting these few things into action.
*Drive out everything/anything that assaults your self-esteem.
*Drive out everything/anything that undermines your potential.
*Drive out everything/anything that takes you BACK to your old negative ways of acting and thinking.
*Drive out everything/anything that shackles you to you past mistakes to the place where you're paralyzed from pursuing your next Positive endeavor.
I encourage you to go ahead,
Sit in the Drivers Seat of YOUR life....

Don't be Alive without LIVING!
Many times we overthink things.
We allow our imagination to run wild.
Don't do it!
Learn to control your thoughts.
Overthinking causes uneasiness, a lot of unnecessary stress and can lead to bad choices.
There are many people who's own perception became their reality and causes them to miss out on a better outcome.
One of the best things to keep in mind is the mere fact that life is really short and unnecessary STRESS can shorten your life.
Not meaning (literal death) which that can be too. But LIFE itself.
You could end up being alive without LIVING!
